🚨 Constructive Issue Reporting Format

### Issue Title: API latency increases under high load  

**Description:**  
When making concurrent requests exceeding 500/min, response times increase significantly.  

**Steps to Reproduce:**  
1. Run parallel requests to `/facts` at a rate of 500+ per minute.  
2. Observe response times exceeding normal latency.  

**Expected Behavior:**  
The API should maintain consistent response times under load.  

🔹 Unacceptable Behavior

❌ Harassment or Discrimination – No offensive or hateful speech. ❌ Personal Attacks – Critique ideas, not individuals. ❌ Spam & Irrelevant Content – Keep discussions focused on project improvement. ❌ Trolling or Disruptive Behavior – Any actions meant to derail discussions.

🔹 Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in: ✔ Warnings – First-time offenses will receive a warning. ✔ Temporary Bans – Repeat offenders may be suspended from discussions. ✔ Permanent Bans – Serious violations will result in permanent removal from the project.
