### Issue Title: API latency increases under high load
**Description:**
When making concurrent requests exceeding 500/min, response times increase significantly.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Run parallel requests to `/facts` at a rate of 500+ per minute.
2. Observe response times exceeding normal latency.
**Expected Behavior:**
The API should maintain consistent response times under load. 🔹 Unacceptable Behavior
